This might just be the perfect lazy day brunch! The Pavilion’s Bench Brunch is so different from everything else in Dubai’s brunch scene. Its so easy-going, not overwhelming and also the cheapest brunch option I have ever come across.

I went there with my hubby and baby, and although we’ve been to The Pavilion many times before, this was our first time at the Bench Brunch. The Pavilion has such a great vibe and the setting is modern and unique. Oh, and the view of Burj Khalifa doesn’t hurt either!

There are three seating areas, one thats outdoors, a small indoor area (thats actually great for small gatherings), and the main indoor seating area. We sat in the main indoor seating area, and that was also where the actual bench at the Bench Brunch was located.

On this bench, there are several different kinds of wraps, small sandwiches, cheese, fruits, breads and drinks. After sampling several of the items on this table, we were given a menu that listed about 7 or 8 different items. Each guest is allowed one choice from the menu and its freshly made to their order.

My husband got their Penne, while I went for a more breakfast-y option: Pancakes. Both tasted very homely and well-made.

After our mains, we were offered either tea or coffee, but we had coffee before coming, so we passed on that. I would have liked to see a dessert option, and I think that could really be a huge plus to the brunch.

My little Khalifa, of course, wanted to play a bit, and when he got tired of playing in the grass area in front of The Pavilion, he played with the many toys in their small kids play area!

The Bench Brunch at The Pavilion Dubai is available on Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, for 110 Dhs per person.

Worth Trying?: This brunch is nice if your looking for a light option (on both the pocket and tummy). Another great thing is that its also very casual and open on both Friday and Saturday. Also, the location and view is perfect for a lazy day.
