1. Al Hashimi Pearls

This pearl company is truly special. They carry some of the most unique pearl jewelry that I’ve ever come across. Only natural Bahraini pearls are used in their necklaces and they put so much time, effort and love into finding just the right pieces– some necklaces have taken around 26 years to make! 2. Fairmont The Palm Friday Brunch

A few weekends ago, we tried out Fairmont The Palm’s Friday Brunch at Flow Kitchen. We’ve stayed at the hotel several times before so I knew what to expect in terms of service– they are always top-notch. This, however, was the first time we went for the brunch. The variety of food is huge, they have so many dishes and something for everyone. The desserts were beyond amaaazing! What is really special about this brunch is that they have a fun, interactive kids play area with face-painting, a real live Barney, movies, and on top of that, they also have complementary access to their Kids Club. Our little ones never got bored, and we milked the brunch for the entire 4 hours!

3. Bellacure Nail Spa

Bellacure has locations all over Abu Dhabi and the one that I tried out is located in Al Seef Village. Its so much more than just nails– they do waxing, massages, hair, etc. I tried out their eyelash extensions (they carry the best kind– the Russian ones), a mani/pedi and a blow dry. They have BREATHABLE GELISH NAIL POLISH! If you didn’t know there was such a thing, now you do! Try it out, it’ll change your life (the life of your nails at least)!

4. Layal Beauty

Layal is one of my favorite beauty stores and they have a great range of products! They even have exclusive products that can only be found in their stores. Its a one-stop-shop where I can get everything from makeup and skincare to fragrances. Their Garden Secret perfume, which is pictured above, is a lovely floral scent that is sold only in their stores.

5. St. Regis Polo Brunch

There’s a new St. Regis in town and its one-of-a-kind– Its a polo resort! The beautiful property is about 10 minutes outside of the city and they’ve just launched their Friday Polo Brunch. Now you can experience a lovely brunch spread all while watching a nice game of Polo. They also have a kids play room to keep the little ones entertained. You absolutely MUST make sure to try out their paella because that was my most favorite dish of the brunch. Also, they have a ceviche making station– yum!

6. PureBorn Organic Diapers

The only diaper brand I’ve ever used on either of my kids was Pampers Premiums– thats until PureBorn came into town. We absolutely love them; they’re good for the environment, they have very cute patterns and they don’t give my little ones’ bum any rashes (and she’s quite sensitive to that)! First they started off only being available online, but now you can find them at Centrepoint stores as well.

7. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Brunch

This brunch was the first time I’ve visited this hotel and it was spectacular! Its located in Oud Metha, near Healthcare City. The Friday Brunch has a really good variety of different cuisines, including Arabic, Western, Asian, Indian, seafood, sushi and MEXICAN! The variety and quality of their Mexican food here is insane– I have never (in my 6 years in this country) ever come across a brunch with this many authentic Mexican food options. I was so impressed that its literally allll I ate during the entire brunch. It was impeccable and I would gladly go back again, especially since the price of the brunch is very reasonable!

8. BBQ Delights

Its much more than the name suggests! We love their location at @dubaiparksresorts, not only because its the closest to us, but also because its so vibrant and colorful! They have a huge menu with loads of delicious food from India, Pakistan and also some Arabic and Western dishes. Everything is verrryy well priced and affordable. They have locations all over town but the @riverlanddubai location at Dubai Parks and Resorts is really something special!

9. New at Home Centre

Home Centre is one of my favorite furniture shops– they have affordable, stylish pieces. I love everything from their large furniture to their small home decor. They also have a lovely kids section and they’ve added a lot of new pieces to their collection. We got the huge tiger pillow and cute light-up birdie frame for our little ones, and I’m just obsessed! I plan on doing a makeover for their entire room with their new range of products!

10. Saladicious Grillz

Last but certainly not least for November, you absolutely MUST check out Saladicious in CityWalk! They have way more than just salads. I LOVE their dishes and its a variety of healthy, wholesome food. The decor is amazing and the location is perfect. Beautiful views whether you sit inside or out! This is fast becoming one of our regular spots to hang out. They have several locations, so you can check them out in different areas but the CityWalk one is very special.
