As far as I’m concerned, there are two hotels in Koh Samui that really stand out from the rest. The Four Seasons Koh Samui is one of these two. Its a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the island and ocean. It has a very jungle-feel and is the perfect combination of luxury in nature.
During our time on the island, we spent one day in the Four Seasons Koh Samui. We a lovely lunch in one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. Their main restaurant, Koh Thai Kitchen, is an open-style wooden restaurant that looks over a beautiful sight!
The staff warmly greeted us from the moment we entered, and we were taken to our seats. The restaurant is quite large and we sat in the center area of it. Everything is open-plan, and there are no windows or doors. It really makes you feel at one with nature. The Four Seasons does an amazing job of keeping connected with the land, while also upholding the luxury aspect of the brand.
The menu has very delicious Thai dishes and we ordered a variety of them. Everything that we ordered was impeccable in taste and presentation, and the portions were also deliciously filling!
It felt so nice to enjoy a lovely traditional Thai meal in such a beautiful environment. Having lunch at Koh Thai Kitchen is a must, regardless of whether you are staying at the resort or not! It’s one of the most beautiful restaurant experiences on the island.
The dishes are also well-priced. The main courses are equivalent to something that you would pay at a mid-range restaurant in Dubai and the US. You get a very special luxury experience for an incredible price!
